This site provides a tool for playing MIDI files in the browser, together with related note visualisation and compliance metrics. The service is free and requires no registration. We reserve the right to change, add or discontinue parts of it at any time.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this site to play MIDI files that you own or are otherwise authorised to use.

This licence does not cover:

• copying, modifying or distributing the code or interface of this site for use in a commercial product;
• automated bulk scraping of the site's content, or sending request volumes beyond normal use;
• circumventing technical limits, or otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the site.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the MIDI files you load, and you must hold the legal right to use them.
• Do not use this site to play or distribute material that infringes the copyright of others.
• Do not use this site for any purpose that violates the laws applicable to you.
• External MIDI files may contain malformed data or unusual events. We handle them as robustly as we can but accept no responsibility for the parsing result.

The interface design, source code and written content of this site are owned by its maintainer. The MIDI tracks you load remain the property of their original authors or rights holders; this site claims no rights over them and does not offer downloads or distribution of tracks.

Sound material used for playback may originate from third-party sound libraries and is governed by the terms of the respective providers.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. In particular:

• Sound differences: the final timbre depends on the sound source and may differ noticeably from the original recording; we make no promise about fidelity.
• Indicative metrics only: simultaneous-note counts, zero-length notes and the playability ratio are rule-based estimates and do not guarantee the outcome of any third-party platform's review.
• Interruptions: the site may be unavailable because of maintenance, network faults or third-party services (such as the hosting platform or the sound-source CDN), without prior notice.
• Device compatibility: playback relies on the browser's Web Audio capability, and some older browsers or restricted environments may not produce sound.
